Test Administrator Manual

The Test Administrator Manuals provide instructions necessary for the paper-based and computer-based administration of the NJSLA and NJGPA, as well as the tasks for the Test Administrator to follow before, during, and after test administration. These manuals also contain the protocols that Test Administrators and Proctors must follow related to test security and test administration.

Test Coordinator Manual

The Test Coordinator Manual provides instructions for District Test Coordinators and School Test Coordinators to coordinate the administrations of the paper-based and computer-based versions of the NJSLA and NJGPA, as well as the tasks for the School Test Coordinator to follow before, during, and after administration. This manual also contains the protocols related to test security and test administration that all school staff must follow.

Test Administrator Scripts

Test Administrator Scripts are provided for administering the computer-based tests, and for administering the paper-based tests in standard, Large Print and Braille formats. Test Administrator scripts are translated into 10 languages for all subjects - coming soon

Accessibility Features and Accommodations (AF&A) Resources

Documents to help you assign and deliver accessibility features and accommodations to students. Accessibility features are tools or preferences that are either built into the assessment system or provided externally by Test Administrators and are available to all students. Accommodations are adjustments to the test format and presentation, timing, or the method in which students respond to test questions that provide equitable access for students with disabilities and students who are English learners.
